Full policy

What personal data we collect and process
We process the personal data you provide: name, e-mail address, as well as an overview of course certificates, course and grade history, and IP address. The purpose of the processing is to offer users training and to document completed training, in addition to evaluation. The personal data is collected when you register on the site, update your profile, and complete courses.

Registering with the necessary personal information is required for the creation of a user account for course participation. Furthermore, we process personal data in order to maintain anonymous user statistics. These statistics help us understand how many users and which user groups are participating in the courses.

We do not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information to other organisations. Course administrators only have access to the personal information associated with the course they are responsible for. Only host administrators of the QUIN Learning Platform and the website managers at the QUIN Institute have access to all personal information.

Legal basis for collecting and processing personal data
Personal data such as name, e-mail address, course certificates, course and grade history, and IP address is used to fulfil a training agreement. The legal basis for this processing is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Storage and deletion of personal data
The QUIN Institute will delete user data upon request.
